Jr NTR-Janhvi Kapoor&rsquo;s upcoming yet-to-be-titled Telugu project was officially launched on Thursday with a pooja ceremony. Filmmaker SS Rajamouli, who was the special guest at the event, clapped the first shot, following which the shooting started. The project, directed by Koratala Siva, is currently dubbed NTR 30. It marks the Telugu debut of the &lsquo;Dhadak&rsquo; actor. Pictures and videos from the event are being widely shared online.
In one of the pictures, Jr NTR can be seen welcoming Janhvi for the launch as he shook hands with her. &nbsp;In another photo, the actors can be seen joining Rajamouli on stage as he claps the first shot and announces the commencement of the shoot.

The Oshiwara police registered a first information report (FIR) under Indian Penal Code sections 380, 454, and 457 for theft and trespassing for housebreaking and an investigation is underway.

Mumbai Police booked a former driver of singer Sonu Nigam&rsquo;s father for allegedly stealing Rs 72 lakh from his residence. Agamkumar Nigam lives at Windsor Grand building in Oshiwara, Andheri west. According to a News18 report, an official said that the alleged theft took place between March 19 and March 20.
A complaint was filed by Sonu&rsquo;s younger sister Nikita at the Oshiwara police station in the early hours of Wednesday. As per the complaint, Agamkumar had a driver named Rehan for nearly 8 months but he removed him recently as his performance was not satisfactory.
Citing the complaint, the official said, on March 19, Agamkumar visited Nikita&rsquo;s home in the Versova area for lunch. After returning home in the evening, he called his daughter to inform her that Rs 40 lakh was missing from a digital locker kept in a wooden cupboard. The following day, Agamkumar went to his son&rsquo;s home at 7 Bungalows for some visa-related work when he returned home he found another Rs 32 lakh missing from the locker, which was not damaged. On checking the CCTV footage of the society, Agamkumar and Nikita found his former driver Rehan going towards his flat with a bag on both days when he was away.
According to the complaint, Agamkumar suspects Rehan entered his flat with the help of a duplicate key.
The Oshiwara police registered a first information report (FIR) under Indian Penal Code sections 380, 454, and 457 for theft and trespassing for housebreaking, the official said, adding that an investigation is underway.

Director-writer Pradeep Sarkar was born on April 30, 1955, in Kolkata, India. He began his career with Vinod Chopra Productions. Pradeep graduated from Delhi College of Art in 1979 with a gold medal. Before starting his career as a director and ad-filmmaker in Indian Cinema, he spent 17 years in mainstream advertising as Creative Director &ndash; Art.
His production house shot out highly successful commercials; Tata Yellow Pages, ICICI Prudential, and Onida KY Thunder to name a few. The Aaj Tak TV commercials, shot in Black and White, won him the Rapa, and the Best Director of the Year Award at the Abby&rsquo;s.
Apart from commercials, Sarkar was also one of the most sought-after and prolific music video directors in the country. Shubha Mudgal&rsquo;s 'Ab Ke Saawan', Euphoria&rsquo;s 'Dhoom Pichak Dhoom' and 'Maaeri', Sultan Khan&rsquo;s &lsquo;Piya Basanti&rsquo; and Bhupen Hazarika&rsquo;s &lsquo;Ganga&rsquo; went on to become benchmarks of excellence in visual appeal and storytelling.
His first debut movie as a director was &lsquo;Parineeta&rsquo; (2005) for which he won Filmfare Best Art Direction, the Zee Cine Award for Most Promising Director, the National Film Award, and the Indira Gandhi Award for Best First Film of a Director.
His next three feature films were &lsquo;Laaga Chunari Mein Daag&rsquo;, &lsquo;Lafangey Parindey&rsquo;, and &lsquo;Mardaani&rsquo; which were all produced by Yashraj Films. His last film, &lsquo;Eela&rsquo;, starring Kajol, was released in October 2018.

According to a Hindustan Times report, he injured himself while shooting for an action sequence. Thankfully, it's not serious as he continues to shoot.
Sources informed the publication that Akshay has braces on his knees now and action portions of the movie have been put on hold. However, Akshay continues to shoot the rest with his close-ups so that there are no delays in wrapping up the Scotland schedule.

Several Bollywood stars attended the Indian Sports Honours 2023 in Mumbai on March 23. Star couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma as well as Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and her father, badminton player Prakash Padukone were seen walking the red carpet.

Hours after the event, Neha shared a few inside pictures from the event where she interacted with Anushka and Virat.
Sharing a picture on Instagram Stories, she wrote, 'Tonight for the love of sports and these two.' Anushka reshared Neha's post on her Instagram Stories along with a heart emoticon.
On the same day, Anushka and Virat also announced the merger of their respective foundations and launched a new initiative, called SeVVA. In a joint statement, they said, 'In the words of Kahlil Gibran &lsquo;For in truth it is life that gives unto life- while you, who deem yourself a giver, are but a witness&rsquo;. With this sentiment in mind, we have decided to work together through SeVVA aiming to reach out to as many people as possible. SeVVA&rsquo;s work won't be confined to a particular issue as it will continue to strive for social good by championing humanity which is the need of the hour today.'
