With Umesh Yadav expected to be ruled out for the 3rd & possibly the 4th Test vs Australia due to a calf injury, the team management is planning to play young T Natarajan. The 29-year-old from Salem made a sensational debut for Team India in the 3rd ODI vs Australia and carried that form into the T20s as well. He was kept back by the management in Australia and now with the injury to Umesh Yadav, Natarajan might just get to make his Test debut as well against the Aussies. According to a report in the Times of India, Natarajan who is bowling long spells to Team India batters in the nets will get his Test cap in the 3rd Test in Sydney.
