Debt laden telecom player Reliance Communications has moved the NCLAT, seeking that it direct banks to release funds. The NCLAT will hear Rel Comm’s plea on the 27th of February. The Supreme Court had earlier directed Rel Comm to pay Ericsson ₹450 crore in 4 weeks.
