A 23-year-old man from Ranchi, Ronit Ranjan, aims to walk 4,000 kms across India to spread awareness on mental health. His walking journey started on the 16th of November from Kanyakumari and he hopes to end it at Ladakh. He had joined the Army but a back injury in 2017 ended his armed forces career, ANI reported. After the injury, he was diagnosed with depression. He then set a goal to break the stigma attached to mental health.
