According to the horrific incident, a South actor was abducted and allegedly raped in a car for two hours on the night of February 17, 2017. The entire act was filmed by few people who blackmailed her later. There are a total of 10 accused in the 2017 case. However, the police has arrested seven of them till now.

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth&nbsp;rubbished rumours of entering politics a day after a letter triggered speculations, causing&nbsp; a frenzy on social media. Taking to social media, Rajinikanth clarified that the letter was not written by him, though the information it contained about his health is true. The 69-year-old further said that he will discuss his plans with his party&nbsp;Rajini Makkal Mandramannounce and announce political stand 'at an appropriate time'.
