Pulitzer winning journalist denied entry into India

Pulitzer Prize-winning Reuters journalist and photographer Cathal McNaughton was reportedly denied entry into India for allegedly violating visa rules. Home Ministry officials have said, all foreign nationals have to respect Indian law and those found in violation will be punished but it does not mean they are blacklisted forever. McNaughton, who won the Pulitzer Prize in May 2018, allegedly travelled to restricted areas in Jammu and Kashmir without permission.
