A woman from Tawang has a lot to thank Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Retd) B D Mishra. The governor not just gave her a ride on his helicopter from Tawang, but also requisitioned an air force chopper in Tezpur when the first one developed a snag so that the pregnant woman who was in a critical condition could reach Itanagar on time. She did, and soon after delivered a baby.
