PM, Trump talk trade, 5G, Iran, avoid Russia arms deal

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US president held discussions on a range of issues including trade, Iran and 5G technology, but the two leaders did not touch upon India's purchase of S400 missile defence system from Russia that US is unhappy about. Foreign secretary Vijay Gokhale confirmed that S400 was not discussed. He added that the two leaders agreed to meet at a early date to sort out issues related to trade between the two countries
