Two days after visiting three vaccine hubs to review the development of Covid-19 vaccine, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday interacted with three more teams that are involved in developing Covid-19 vaccine via video conferencing.
The PM held discussion on vaccine progress with teams from Gennova Biopharma, Biological E and Dr Reddy’s.
The PM appreciated the efforts being taken by the scientists in these companies to come out with a vaccine solution to tackle Covid-19. The potential of various platforms for vaccine development was also discussed, the PMO said.
On Saturday, the PM had visited Zydus, Bharat Biotech and Serum Institute facilities in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Pune to review the development and manufacturing process of coronavirus vaccines.
