Hailing the Prime Minister for taking the homegrown Covaxin dose, health minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on Monday said that PM Modi has sent a strong message to the country. PM Modi got the first dose of Bharat Biotech vaccine on Monday morning. The health minister said that the PM has also silenced the critics who questioned the safety of the local vaccine. Dr Harsh Vardhan added that PM has given a big boost to the Aatmanirbhar Bharat movement by opting to take the Indian vaccine. Covaxin has been developed by Bharat Biotech and ICMR.
