Sony has launched its Bravia X9000H series 4K LED televisions in India, that the firm says are ready to support games being run on the upcoming PlayStation 5 console at up to 4K resolution and 120fps. The televisions feature an LCD panel with a full-array LED backlighting with a 4K resolution at 60Hz, or 1080p resolution at 120Hz. However, Sony has said the 4K at 120Hz feature will be available over HDMI 2.1 through a future firmware update, presumably when the PlayStation 5 is launched. The series also gets HDR10, HLG, Dolby Vision and Sony's X1 4K HDR image processor. There's also 20W bottom-firing speakers with Dolby Audio and Dolby Atmos support and the latest Android TV platform. The series will be available in India in two sizes, a 50-inch model and a 65-inch model, with the former priced at ₹1,09,990 and the latter at ₹1,59,990, but a sale date is yet to be announced.
