Pakistan coach warned for showing dissent

Dec 29, 2018 07:53 IST

Pakistan cricket team coach Mickey Arthur has received 1 demerit point and an official warning by the ICC, for a code of conduct violation for showing dissent at an umpire's decision during day 3 of Pakistan's 1st Test vs South Africa. Unhappy with a 3rd umpire's decision, Arthur entered the TV umpire's room and showed dissent by first questioning him and then storming out of the room. The 50 year old later admitted to his offence and accepted the charges proposed by match referee.
