One of the Mediterranean's largest whale was found dead off the of southern Italy on Wednesday.
According to reports, the dead whale was spotted in the sea by coastguards on Sunday, in the popular tourist destination of Sorrento.
The carcass was then towed from Sorrento by sea to the port of Naples. The cause of the whale's death will now be analysed.
