Tired of his food addiction, one man in Ohio has decided to give up on all food items except beer in his bid to lose weight.
A former army veteran, Del Hall, has taken inspiration from 18th century Bavarian monks who followed a similar fasting ritual.
This isn't the first time that Hall is trying this technique of losing weight. He attempted it in 2019 as well and managed to shed around 19 kgs.
He starts his day with water or black coffee followed by 2 to 3 pints of beer for lunch and dinner.
