More pilgrims can now visit the Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu & Kashmir, according to new guidelines issued by the J&K administration. Authorities have increased the maximum limit of pilgrims visiting the shrine from 7,000 to 15,000 per day. The new guidelines will come into effect from November 1. All tourists are expected to follow Covid-19 guidelines but a 14-day home quarantine will not compulsory.
Earlier this month, the limit of pilgrims visiting was increased from 5,000 to 7,000 ahead of Navratri.
