In a bid to allow reconstruction efforts to resume at Paris' iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, work has begun to refit the site to protect workers from Covid-19. The reconstruction work had stopped in mid March, owing to the Covid-19 pandemic. According to an official overseeing the project, work has started to re-arrange the site, like its showers and cloack-rooms to allow for more distance between workers. In addition to that, there will be a place to eat since all restaurants in France are currently closed. To ensure workers don't have to use public transport, arrangements for their stay in nearby vacant hotels will be made.
