Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey finally broke his silence on the tech giant's permanent ban on US outgoing president Donald Trump. Dorsey said that he was not proud of the action as it has been a failure of the microblogging site to promote healthy conversation. "But it was the right decision for Twitter," he added. Jack accepted that the ban "sets a precedent that is dangerous: the power an individual or corporation has over a part of the global public conversation". He, however, maintained that those who do not agree with the platform's rules and enforcement, "they can simply go to another internet service".
