While the world grapples to procure a safe Covid-19 vaccine, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said that he and his family would not take the coronavirus vaccine, even if it is immediately available. In an interview on New York Times, the business tycoon said that he will not get himself vaccinated because he and his kids are not at risk of Covid-19. Criticising the US government for imposing a countrywide lockdown, Musk said that instead of a lockdown, the one who is at risk should have been quarantined until the storm passes. The billionaire went on to call the virus dumb and the fear around it a mind-killer. He said that the pandemic has questioned his faith in humanity as people have become irrational.
