Mann decided to opt out of the court-appointed panel before the committee could hold its first meeting on Thursday and said he &lsquo;will always stand with my farmers and Punjab&rsquo;. Protesting farmer unions had rejected the committee, saying its members were in favour of the newly enacted farm laws.
