The National Investigation Agency has sent notices to over a dozen of people, including a journalist, farmer leaders associated with the agitation against three farm laws in connection with its probe into the Sikh For Justice case, reports said.&nbsp;Reportedly farmer leaders&nbsp;have been called as witnesses to ascertain certain details of the case.&nbsp; The NIA has summoned Baldev Singh Sirsa, president of the Lok&nbsp;Bhalai&nbsp;lnsaf&nbsp;Welfare&nbsp;Society&nbsp;&nbsp;which&nbsp;is&nbsp;one of the farmers&rsquo; unions participating in talks with the Government,&nbsp;&nbsp;India Today reported.&nbsp;Sirsa has been summoned for questioning on January 17.&nbsp;

The extradition order will be sent to the UK Secretary of State Priti Patel to sign, after which Modi can be extradited to India. However, Nirav&nbsp;Modi is eligible to appeal against the decision in the high court.&nbsp;

The government says while it is not interested in the content, they are interested to know who started the &lsquo;mischief&rsquo;. It wants social media platforms to disclose the first originator of the mischievous tweet or message as the case maybe.
This will be required in matters related to security and sovereignty of India, public order, or with regard to rape or any other sexually explicit material.
The rules also made a distinction between a significant social media intermediary and a regular social media intermediary. The government is yet to define the user size to determine who will constitute as a significant social media intermediary.
