The National Investigation Agency has arrested 10 people and detained 16, after they carried out raids across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, in connection with an ongoing probe against a new ISIS module. NIA chief Alok Mittal has said large quantities of explosives, pistols, home-made grenade launchers and jihadi literature have been recovered. He added, the police headquarters in Delhi and RSS offices were on the radar of these terrorists for possible blasts.
