The Covid-19 pandemic has altered the way the sporting industry functions. Everything from games to training sessions have started adjusting to the 'new normal'.
Professional teams in the National Football League too have been greatly impacted. Even regular visits to local hospitals to boost patient morale have undergone changes.
American football team, the Arizona Cardinals, has come up with a unique initiative, using robots to make virtual visits to the hospital.
These robots allow players to take control of the machines and "walk" through the corridors of the hospital as they virtually visit children. The young patients can also interact with the players through a video monitor.
