A second person has died from a severe respiratory illness that could be linked to vaping, according to health officials in the US state of Oregon. The middle-aged adult had recently used an electronic cigarette containing marijuana oil. However, officials have not confirmed the cause of the illness. The Centres for Disease Control and Prevention revealed that almost 215 possible cases of severe lung disease associated with the use of e-cigarettes have been reported in the last few months. Health experts claim that the products are highly addictive and subject to minimal safety standards.
