But critics of the vaccine passport proposal say such documents could be discriminatory.

He also added that there is a sharp growth of 10.2% in the number of deaths.&nbsp;
Harsh Vardhan&nbsp;also assured that there is no vaccine shortage and said that states and UTs have 1.58 crore does with them and another 1.16 crore&nbsp;does are in the pipeline.&nbsp;
