It's official! Netflix's smash hit series, 'Bridgerton' is being renewed for a second season.
While the first season of the period drama centered on the complicated romance between the eldest Bridgerton daughter, Daphne, played by Phoebe Dynevor, and the Duke of Hastings Simon Bassett portrayed by Regé-Jean Page, the sequel will chronicle the pursuit of a suitable marriage for the eldest Bridgerton sibling, Anthony, played by Jonathan Bailey.
'Bridergton 2' will start filming this spring in the UK.
Set in 1800s London, 'Bridgerton' follows the story of esteemed families of British high society and their romantic pursuits, secret scandals and the steamy relationships.
