All air passengers travelling to the United States will require a negative Covid-19 test within three days of their departure, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Tuesday. The CDC also recommended that travelers get tested again three to five days after their arrival, and stay home for at least seven days. The US has expanded the rule to all travellers after first applying it on flyers from Britain in the wake of the new, more infectious Covid strain detected there.
