Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath had a narrow escape on Sunday when the elevator in which he was traveling in malfunctioned. Kamal Nath and the leaders were visiting former minister Rameshwar Patel at a private hospital in Indore. When they went inside an elevator to reach Patwari's ward updstairs, instead of going upwards, the lift dropped 10 feet downstairs. A lift engineer was called and all the leaders including Kamal Nath were rescued by breaking the elevator door. After the incident, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan spoke to former CM. Chouhan tweeted to say that he has ordered probe into the incident.
