Mohammed Siraj who got his maiden Test call-up and is currently in Australia with the Indian team got a tragic news on Friday as his father passed away back home. He was 53 and lost the battle to a lung ailment. His IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore tweeted to express their condolences to Siraj and his family. According to a report in the Times of India, the 26-year-old won't return to India for the last rites due to quarantine protocols. The Indian team reached Sydney on November 13 and are currently training in isolation as they are in the middle of a 14-day quarantine.
