A ballistic missile attack ripped through a military parade in southern Yemen, killing at least six troops and three children. More than 20 people including civilians were wounded in the blast. The attack came at the end of a graduation ceremony for recruits to the Security Belt forces, a Yemeni separatist group that's backed by the United Arab Emirates. The separatists are allied with the Saudi-led coalition that's been fighting Yemen's Houthi rebels, which are aligned with Iran. Officials have blamed the Houthis for the attack.
