Pakistan's head coach Misbah-ul-Haq expressed his concerns over the fairness of the ICC World Test Championship, suggested that the tournament should be extended to end the event in a balanced way. The 45 years old Pakistan's chief selector further said that the matches can be rescheduled and extended beyond 2021. Earlier in March due to the pandemic scare, Pakistan had to postpone a Test of the championship against Bangladesh. Although ICC has agreed to discuss the issue with board members as they also indicated towards awarding points for the cancelled matches as a feasible option.
