Miners trapped, Modi struts on Assam bridge: Rahul attacks PM

As operations to rescue 15 people stranded in a rat-hole mine in Meghalaya since December 13 have been suspended for want of high-powered pumps to remove water, the Congress president Rahul Gandhi has taken pot shots at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In a Tweet, Rahul wrote that PM struts about on Bogibeel Bridge posing for cameras and his government refuses to organise high pressure pumps for the rescue. The rescue operations were suspended by Meghalaya government, of which BJP is a part, for want of high-powered pumps.
