#MeToo: Ex-BCCI advisor wants Rahul Johri sacked, CoA split over issue

Ex-BCCI advisor Neeraj Kumar has backed Committee of Adminstrators' member Diana Edulji's stand to sack Johri and terminate his contract. The former Delhi police commissioner said that Johri had earlier confessed about his sexual misconduct and there was no inquiry set up in the first instance and fresh allegations against him should see his ouster. CoA is split over the issue as CoA head Vinod Rai believes in an independent inquiry while Edulji thinks Johri must resign.
