Barcelona Football Club honoured their legendary footballer Johan Cruyff as they inaugurated the Johan Cruyff Stadium on Tuesday. Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Gerard Pique attended the opening of the mini stadium, which will now be the new home for Barcelona B, U19 and Barcelona Women teams. The stadium has a capacity of 6,000 seats and replaced the Mini Estadi, which was opened in 1982. The official inaugural kick of the ball was made by Cruyff's son Jordi and was followed by the inaugural game between the Barcelona's under 19 team and Ajax. Barca's legendary figure died of lung cancer in 2016 aged 68.
