Fugitive business tycoon Mehul Choksi approached the Delhi High Court on Wednesday against Netflix's upcoming web series 'Bad Boy Billionaires'. Choksi’s lawyer Vijay Aggarwal said that he is not seeking a stay on the documentary but that he wants to preview it before premiere. While advocate Neeraj Kishan Kaul, representing Netflix, told court that Mehul Choksi finds mention in a 2 minute piece on Nirav Modi, adding that that there is no regulation of content on the OTT platform. The court has adjourned the matter till Friday.
