Major feat for Ashwin, joins the 400 wicket club in Tests

Ravichandran Ashwin isn't just a bowler in the subcontinental conditions, he is a phenomenon. England is getting a first-hand experience of that in the Test series, as the off-spinner once again ran through their batting order in Ahmedabad. During the process, Ashwin became the fastest overall and 2nd fastest Indian to pick 400 Test wickets in terms of matches. While Muralitharan achieved the feat in 72 Tests, Ashwin took just 5 games more. What makes this milestone grander is the fact that only 3 other Indians in the history of Test cricket have claimed over 400 wickets in the longest format.
