May 23, 2020 12:34 IST

Actress Lori Loughlin and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have agreed to plead guilty to charges in the college admissions bribery case. The 'Full House' actress and husband have agreed to serve time in prison for passing off their daughters as elite athletes and securing their admission to the University of Southern California. While Loughlin has agreed to serve two months in prison and pay a $150,000 fine, Giannulli has agreed to serve five months in prison, a $250,000 fine, two years of supervised release and 250 hours of community service. Loughlin and Giannulli previously pleaded not guilty and firmly insisted on their innocence.
