KTM India has finally introduced the 250 Adventure and the motorcycle is priced at Rs. 2.48 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi. The new KTM 250 Adventure is about Rs. 56,000 cheaper than the 390 Adventure but both bikes share the same trellis frame, rally-derived design and other cycle parts. Compared to the 390 Adventure, the 250 ADV gets a halogen headlamp with the LED DRL. The KTM 250 ADV draws power from the 248 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine borrowed from the 250 Duke and develops 29.5 bhp and 24 Nm of peak torque. The bike has a fuel tank of 14.5 litres and promises a range of 400 km. It also comes with off-road ABS, 43 mm USD front forks and a monoshock at the rear with Brembo brakes. The bike gets MRF dual-purpose tyres wrapped around alloy wheels. The new 250 Adventure will compete with the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the BMW G 310 GS in the segment.
