To make the batter, whisk together &nbsp; 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)&nbsp; 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch and NOT corn meal)&nbsp; 1/2 cup water&nbsp;
Give it a good mix until smooth, then stir in about 2-2.5 cups of your favourite veggies, like spring onions, carrots, tomatoes and onions. Add salt according to your taste.&nbsp;

Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan&nbsp; Spread the batter evenly into a round shape, flattening it with the back of your spatula.
Lower the flame and cook on both sides evenly. Add a bit more oil if required and let the veggies cook properly and when it turns crunchy, serve with a dip sauce. &nbsp;

To prepare the sauce, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, a few sesame seeds and Korean spice gochugaru or chilli flakes. &nbsp;

A study published in Nature Communications found that pollen allergy season could start up to 40 days earlier and last 19 days longer by the year 2100 due to climate change.
The rising global temperatures are responsible for seasonal allergies causing trees, weeds and grasses to go through early pollination. The study also states that annual pollen emissions will increase by 40% due to weather changes but will drastically rise to 250% if carbon dioxide and other harmful gases from ignition of coal, gasoline and natural gases are continued to be produced at current rates.
A recent report from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration noted that countries globally experienced record-breaking warm temperatures last month as the average temperatures rose 2.7 degrees above the 20th-century standard.

A latest research suggests that women feel more confident during spring and summer seasons. The survey was done by OnePoll for Jergens. Over 2,000 women participated in the poll and it was found that the weather impacts their mood and confidence.&nbsp;
In the survey, it was found that people are over-eager to get back into warm weather clothes, with 23% saying they switch back to t-shirts as early as March.
Apart from this, nearly half of the women feel the least confident about their skin during winters.&nbsp;
Meanwhile, 81% of women agreed that they want to look good outside to feel good inside.

The research was conducted on 27 men and 33 women having diabetes, acute infections advanced end-organ damage, and liver and renal disease.&nbsp;
According to this research, when almonds are taken 30 minutes before meals, insulin release is stimulated by the 75-grams oral glucose load. Also, almonds are loaded with zinc and magnesium which help in improving insulin sensitivity.
