While it can be adventurous for some of us, it may not prove to be very effective for others. A recent study has found that keto diets may be more effective on men than women. According to the researchers from the University of Iowa, the keto diet which limits the intake of carbohydrates, worked better on beings that did not have estrogen in their body. It concluded that the diet may in fact, work better on postmenopausal women.
