Kejriwal said that people from Bihar come to Delhi on a ₹500 rail ticket and avail health facilities worth ₹5 lakhs here. BJP Delhi chief Manoj Tiwari trained guns at Kejriwal saying the CM hates people from Purvanchal and Bihar.
