Wintour, in a statement to the New York Times, shared that there was no agreement between the two parties to select the 'formal' photograph. The Vogue team strongly felt that the less formal photo was a reflection of the current times and was thus chosen as the cover photo.
She added that there was no intention to diminish the image of the Vice President-elect.&nbsp;
