Ratul Puri, the nephew of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath, reportedly gave a slip to investigators at the Enforcement Directorate, when he was summoned for questioning in connection with money laundering in the Rs 3,600 crore AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam. Puri reportedly took a break to go to the washroom and slipped away and switched off his phone. The ED is now considering summoning him again. A Delhi court on Saturday granted Puri interim protection from arrest till July 29 after he moved an anticipatory bail application.
