His samples were examined when he had high fever and he tested positive on February 20, Gandhinagar's Chief Health Officer Dr MH Solanki said. The man is currently in home isolation, Solanki added. The CHO said it generally takes around 45 days for antibodies against the infection to develop after both the doses are administered. He also said adhering to COVID protocols is a must even after taking both doses.
