Retired Supreme Court judge Justice Madan Lokur has said that its time to relook the criminal justice system in India. Speaking at former Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar's book release event in Delhi, Justice Lokur said, "We really need to think about where we are going, why are we going and whichever direction we are going in. Or are we just flaying around like someone who is learning how to swim." He also spoke about how basic legal principles taught in law school have now been forgotten.
