Shares of Jet Airways on Wednesday surged after a report suggested Naresh Goyal has agreed to sell controlling stake in the firm to an investor. The decision has reportedly been communicated to the three potential buyers - the Tata Group, Etihad Airways and a consortium of Air France - KLM and Delta Air Lines.The report also states that Goyal has asked to retain a stake of below 5 per cent and a board seat on the firm.
