Actor Sir Sean Connery who was best known for his portrayal of James Bond in the first film followed by his appearance in seven other spy thrillers has passed away. According to a report in BBC, a statement from his family said the 90-year-old actor died at his home. With an acting career spanned over decades, Connery won many awards including an Oscar, two Bafta awards, and three Golden Globes.
