Amazon has announced that it’ll be offering free health insurance to all active sellers on its platform, covering any Covid-19-related hospitalisation and treatment expenses up to ₹50,000. The e-commerce giant has partnered with Acko General Insurance to manage the policy delivery and handling of claims and reimbursements. The company said that it will benefit lakhs of Amazon sellers who had an active product listing on Amazon.in between January 2019 and May 26, 2020.
