Calling it his most technical chocolate creation, a pastry chef from Las Vegas has created a five-foot-tall telescope with chocolate. Chef Amaury Guichon, who runs his own Pastry Academy, shared his creative process on his Facebook page leaving netizens impressed.
Featuring pipes, gears and even tiny screws made from chocolate, he completes the telescope with a stunning golden spray. The clip showing his mesmerising process has been viewed over two million times.
