As the franchises get ready to restart practice in the UAE for the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League, a new report in the Indian Express has indicated that the cricketers are not happy with the social distancing rules. After a webinar involving top BCCI hierarchy and doctors, players complained over social distancing rules. According to the report, the players, as well as their family members who have travelled to the UAE, are made to wear Bluetooth bands which will raise an alarm when they get close to each other. The cricketers are also not allowed to visit the rooms of their teammates and can only meet in designated areas. The cricketers are also not allowed to order food from outside and can only eat what their hotel serves.
