A 33-year-old Indian-American engineer has announced his Congressional bid for 2020 from New Jersey. Hirsh Singh, known to be a supporter of President Donald Trump, is seeking the Republican nomination for the US Senate in 2020 against Democrat Senator Cory Booker. Singh is an engineer working in the aerospace and defence sector and this will be his third bid for public office. He lost the Republican primaries for Governor in 2017 and Congress in 2018.
